multi-family residences for local and national banks,
mortgage companies, relocation companies, Resolution
Trust Corp. (RTC), Fannie Mae, FHA, (Federal Housing
Authority) and private clients, utilizing Fannie Mae
forms and guidelines. Types of properties appraised
range from nominal to million dollor homes, Essex
to Middlesex counties, foreclosure to sales, unique
to normal assignments, etc.

community involvement, such as church activities and youth
